What’s different from what you’re making?
Everyday we hear “I don’t like cider it’s too sweet.” Believe it or not there are other style ciders out there, not all ciders are sweet and fruity. Our ciders are traditional orchard style, dryer, aged, made with cider apples – heirloom, bittersweet and bittersharp. No sugars added. Ciders with a range of different notes to experience – from citrus, to funk, to smoke. We’re determined to change people’s minds about cider one cider at a time.

heirloom apples fermented with cab franc grape skins then barrel aged, light and refreshing, dry and still, like a Rose wine – abc 6.9%

fresh pressed pineapples added along with cinnamon, cloves, peppercorn, ginger, then aged in Mezcal barrels from Oaxaca, Mexico, smoky like Mezcal – abv 6.9

infused with Colorado Blue Spruce with a hint of juniper berry – abv 6.5
THE PRECIOUS ONE
an apricot sour – abv 6.9%
infused with Colorado Blue Spruce with a hint 0f juniper berry – abv 6.5%
dry hopped with azacca hops, notes of sweet fruit, woody aromatic, spicy and citrus – abv 6.9%
